Delivery & Shipping

How long does it take for home delivery? +

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 working days across the UK. You'll receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.

What courier do you use for deliveries? +

We use trusted partners such as Royal Mail and DHL to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Do you deliver outside the UK? +

At this time, we deliver within the United Kingdom. We're working to expand international shipping options in the near future.

Can I track my delivery? +

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's progress.

What happens if I miss my delivery? +

If you're not available when delivery is attempted, your courier will typically leave a card with instructions for rescheduling or collection from a local depot.

Will I receive confirmation of my order? +
